原子能民生應用數位影音教材製作與推廣研究

本研究以社群媒體傳播觀點製作原子能數位影音素材,以社群媒體特點:快速流動、互動性高、即時傳播,協助在科學展覽活動前製作預告片,並放在社群媒體上傳播,增進民眾與科學展覽的接觸機會,另外為擴展自媒體傳播效益,本研究也製作科展活動新聞進行傳播,一方面提供新聞媒體報導,同時也讓無法前來現場參與的民眾經由社群可以看到活動精彩內容。而本研究也首次嘗試以研究員搭配Youtuber合作拍攝微課程,從主題、企劃、拍攝製作都讓研究員與網紅一起討論,藉此互動也讓科學專家了解科普傳播主要目的在與常民對話,更希望藉由微課程影片讓民眾接觸原子能科學知識。除了提升原子能科學素養,也增加民眾對原子能委員會的正面形象。

Abstract

This research uses the perspective of social media to make atomic energy digital video and audio materials. The characteristics of social media: fast streaming Dynamic, interactive, and real-time communication.To increase communication opportunities between the public and science exhibitions, and to expand the benefits of self-media communication. It also produces news for science fair activities for dissemination, providing news media coverage at the same time, and making it impossible to come.The participating people can see the exciting content of the event through the community. This research is also the first attempt to connect researchers Cooperate with Youtuber to shoot micro-courses, and let researchers and influencers work together on topics, planning, and production.The discussion, through this interaction, also allows scientific experts to understand that the main purpose of popularization of science popularization is to talk with ordinary people.Micro-course videos expose people to the scientific knowledge of atomic energy. In addition to improving the scientific literacy of atomic energy, and positive image for the Atomic Energy Commission (AEC).
